I'm an Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience.
I worked for Uber, performed in startups, survived in big enterprise, served in military.
Nothing people do surprises me anymore.

Some things I know:

• how to build high performance teams, recruit, performance and project management, strategic planning
• design software for scalability, reliability and performance
• lead teams of developers in various Agile methodologies
• used to do a lot of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript and Go
• still remember some Angular and React (including Redux and redux-saga)
• can tinker with Amazon Web Services (not just EC2), various CIs, Ansible, nginx and Docker

• Fox (Mulder) - A&G in-house real-time anomaly detection tool
• Bamboo mass deployment - plugin for Atlassian's CI
• Wildfly Deployment tools - set of tools helping A&G to manage their fleet of application servers
• Stormvods - community-driven spoiler-free catalog of competitive videos for Heroes of the Storm
• Capuchin - little chaos monkey inspired by Netflix Simian Army
• HotsAPI electron uploader - cross platform replay uploader for HotsApi.net
• Tweeria - open source version of my old startup
