My name is Alex Shteinikov. I'm an Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience in the industry

I know some things:

• build high performance teams, recruiting, strategic planning, performance and project management
• design software architectures for scalability, reliability and performance
• leading teams of developers and various Agile methodologies
• used to do a lot of Java, Node.js and Go
• remember some Angular and React (including Redux and redux-saga)
• can tinker with Amazon Web Services (not just EC2), various CIs, Ansible and Docker

• Zemog - distributed two-tier system to run scheduled end-to-end tests written for Selenium / Iridium
• Fox (Mulder) - A&G in-house real-time anomaly detection tool
• Bamboo mass deployment - plugin for Atlassian's CI
• Wildfly Deployment tools - set of tools helping A&G to manage their fleet of application servers
• Stormvods - community-driven spoiler-free catalog of competitive videos for Heroes of the Storm
• Capuchin - little chaos monkey inspired by Netflix Simian Army
• HotsAPI electron uploader - cross platform replay uploader for HotsApi.net
• Tweeria - open source version of my old startup
