My name is Alex Shteinikov. I'm an Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience in the industry
I know some things:
- build high performance teams, recruiting, strategic planning, performance and project management
- design software architectures for scalability, reliability and performance
- leading teams of developers and various Agile methodologies
- used to do a lot of Java, Node.js and Go
- remember some Angular and React (including Redux and redux-saga)
- can tinker with Amazon Web Services (not just EC2), various CIs, Ansible and Docker
